It\u2018s so soft and warm.  Usually I need only days to adjust fully but this time, during the two weeks of the camp I had difficulties adjusting. Normally I love being in here in the Center of Excellence but this time it was hard. Maybe too warm? \ud83e\udd14 I can\u2018t really explain, my body just didn&#8217;t feel how it usually does. It felt much harder and more intense than all the years before. I felt lost. I got tired and exhausted for no reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Test Skate D\u00fcbendorf<\/strong> <strong>(August 11-12)<\/strong> \u1392 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During these two days we had to perform our two programs (SP&amp;FS) and it didn\u2018t go well for me. I have never skated as bad as on that weekend. I felt weak and powerless. I was disappointed of myself, not being able to show what I am capable of. Looking forward to the practice in B\u00e4retswil and hoping, I will get back on track. \ud83e\udd1e\ud83c\udffd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Practice before JGP in Istanbul <\/strong>\u1392 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the Test Skate in D\u00fcbendorf I needed my time to adjust my mind back to positivity. I am happy being back in B\u00e4retswil for practice and looking forward working hard. I had a little cold during the last few days and I couldn&#8217;t perform well. Maybe that was the reason for not being able to adjust as usual. Now I feel much better and I feel I&#8217;m back! \ud83d\udcaa\ud83c\udffc I feel good, I feel strong and full of energy.
