Training with the Swiss National Team at Center of Excellence · Champéry, Switzerland

I’ve been here so many times, it almost feels like coming home to the ice rink of Palladium de Champéry. The ice feels like home. 🙂 Three full days of off ice and on ice training, yoga and other fun stuff with the Swiss National Team. I’m always so grateful for being able to come here and learn from Stéphane Lambiel and Angelo Dolfini.
The whole team learned a choreography together which we performed on the last day. The footage will be edited and posted on my YouTube channel in the upcoming days.
By the end I was tired, but it was so great, I can’t wait to come back again.
